Sushi Akagi offers sushi with red vinegar rice topped with beautiful ingredients. Only courses are available on the menu by reservation only. The owne read morer, Mr. Akagi, carefully selects each ingredient for his nigiri sushi. You cannot help but be impressed by the many dishes served with a new world view, such as "Monkfish Liver and Narazuke Pickles," which was created by his Italian experience, and "Black Abalone with Liver Sauce," featuring a whole abalone. Also, the sushi is not only delicious but also beautiful to the eye, making your heart sing. The restaurant is decorated in a luxurious, relaxed atmosphere and equipped with a private room.
