The restaurant offers exquisite dishes mainly featuring "Pure Tajima Usunaga Beef," considered super rare among Tajima beef, known as the root of Wagyu beef. The "Meat Sushi" made in front of your eyes by a skilled chef perfectly balances the red rice and the meat. The "Yakiniku" is perfectly grilled over a charcoal fire, and the house-made miso sauce enhances the flavor. Monthly courses are available by reservation only. During dinner time, there is an all-you-can-drink service, including alcohol.
