Its uniqu read moree taste and world view are provided by "Kiln-fired French." Okinawan products and ingredients from all over Japan are grilled in a stone kiln at 500 degrees Celsius. Various elements such as Japanese, Okinawan, spices, and medicinal herbs are incorporated and arranged into the course menu. A selection of drinks is also available for pairing.
