Sushi Chiharu, located near the heart of Osaka, specializes in Edomae-sushi. Edomae-sushi is made using techniques that have been continued for 300 ye read morears, such as vinegar marinating and dipping in soy sauce. Every piece of sushi is prepared with a unique approach that makes fresh Japanese seafood taste even better. The courses offered at the restaurant include many popular items, such as " Marinated Tuna" and "Boiled Shrimp." Sake pairing courses are also available and are highly acclaimed by guests from overseas. The interior of the restaurant is simply decorated with beautiful wood grain. If you sit at the counter, you can enjoy the skillful handwork of chefs up close. The second floor can be reserved for private parties, perfect for spending time with friends and family.
