He was born on March 23, 1973, in Yamagata. His family was in the restaurant business, naturally leading him to become a chef. After gaining experience in the restaurant business, including a Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) restaurant, he is now working at Sumibiyaki Horumon Manten Yoyogi Branch. The restaurant specializes in Horumon (offal meat) and has many varieties.
