This original dish is arranged as a kushiage (fried skewer) using kushiyaki (shish kebab) ingredients and an "Unzen Skewer Dish" base. Asparagus grown in Nagasaki holds a lot of moisture, and is characterized by its richness and strong sweetness. The raw parts that are not fried can also be enjoyed for its fruit-like feel. Lately we have seen an increase in female customers, so we have tried to prepare the food with more vegetables and in smaller portions. We are told that this bite-size food is really pleasant to eat.
