    Appetizer: Figs and surf clams with walnut paste, chrysanthemum greens and flower heads

    Small dish: Grilled Hokkaido saury and grilled eggplant with kabosu and ponzu sauce, Chikuyo eggplant, cauliflower, rareshi, ginger

    Soup dish, Matsutake mushroom in earthenware pot, duck broth, shrimp, ginkgo, Kyoto tofu, mitsuba, sudachi

    Sashimi, Assortment of three seasonal fresh fish, various wife dishes, Wasabi

    Grilled dish: Amakusa-produced conger eel and scallops, salt-boiled green beans, Ishikawa small potatoes, salmon roe pickled in soy sauce
    Millet gluten dengaku with vinegared myoga

    Hot dish: Imo-mochi pork and lettuce shabu-shabu, Kyoto tofu, kinoko, yuzu pepper, green onion
