Mr. Hamane, the head chef who decided to pursue a career only in food, shows his skills at the counter. Inheriting the taste of the long-established fugu restaurant Yamadaya and based on the experience of exploring nodoguro cuisine, he presents a blissful feast of fugu and nodoguro.
