From French cuisine to the world of Teppan Cuisine. Mr. Okuda pursues the "fascinating technique" unique to Teppan cuisine.
He was born in 1988 in Osaka. After graduating from a vocational school, he went to France and spent one-year training there. He then worked at a one-star French restaurant in Osaka Prefecture, where he honed his skills as a chef. Currently, he works as a chef at Teppan Osaka. Teppan cuisine is different from French cuisine in that it also emphasizes the art of presentation. He values communication over the counter and entertains his many guests.
