The original housemade oden soup stock is available in two types, "Chicken White Broth" and "Spice Broth." It can be ordered with your choice of ingredients. The popular menu item is the "Konabe no Oden," served in a clay pot on a table burner, ensuring it stays piping hot. Also well-received are the "Two-Flavored Hot Pot," which allows you to compare original broths, and the "Oden Potato Salad," made with oden-soaked ingredients. The selection of carefully chosen sake pairs wonderfully with the oden. The restaurant also offers courses and an "Early Drink Set" for only 1,000 yen, making it suitable for a wide range of occasions, from a light drink on the way home from work to a date or a banquet. learn more from chef
