Tecchiri Course (Reservations required) - Savor the plump fugu and rich broth and a delicious zosui rice porridge to finish.

The Tecchiri Course, available only from November to February, features carefully selected seasonal tiger puffer fish. You can fully enjoy puffer fish prepared in various ways, including yubiki (quick-blanched), tessa (fugu sashimi), and tecchiri (fugu hot pot). The zosui rice porridge, soaking up a broth rich with umami, is truly exceptional!

Kasu Oden - It has a deep, rich flavor with a mellow aroma.

A specialty of Shin Asakusa, the oden is made with a sake lees broth. It is ideal for winter and even summer with a cold beer in a cool room. You can order from one item, such as daikon radish, egg, chikuwa fishcake, burdock tempura, thick fried bean curd, beef tendon, and chicken wing.
