Born in January 1981, in Kagoshima prefecture, he moved to Okinawa for university. His part time job at a hotel during his student years made him want to pursue a career in cooking. After gaining experience serving customers in the hall, he started to get involved in food preparation. His palate, nurtured by his keen cook of a mother, helped his talent as a chef to blossom. Now, as a manager of Location Dining Nagi, he spends every day introducing his customers to the charms of Okinawan food. He is constantly perfecting his culinary art and is a recognized authority on creative cuisine. Every day, he spares no effort in his quest to please his customers.

He started his career at Mutekiro in Motomachi, Yokohama. Then he moved to France and trained at three restaurants, including the 3-star Paul Bocuse. After returning to Japan, he gained experience at Michelin 2-star Pierre Gagnaire in Omotesando and Michelin 2-star Restaurant Ryuzu in Roppongi. Following that, he was appointed sous chef at Restaurant Restaurant Ilie Le Joyeuse and then head chef at Restaurant Portus in Minami-Aoyama. After that, he served as general manager and participated in opening hotels and business development in various locations in Japan. He is currently the group's executive chef.

Worked widely in such places as an Italian restaurant, a dining bar, an izakaya (Japanese-style pub), and a ramen restaurant. Currently, he is the manager at Yakiniku Kanda Seikutsuten, which opened in August 2023. He carefully cuts and prepares meat every day, making the most of the deliciousness of each part of the meat.

Afterward, he was appointed the newly opened Hasshu Nakasu Branch manager. Despite his relatively short career, he has already proven to have a high potential, earning recognition for significantly increasing sales and receiving company awards. He is considered a rising star in the company.

Having entered the culinary world from the civil service, Mr. Nagasawa is now fully utilizing the skills he has honed to create superb dishes.

He was born in 1974 in Tottori. Grew up eating his grandmother's country cooking. He longed for Western-style food, such as hamburgers and spaghetti, and began cooking them himself. He dreamed of being a cook to make better food but became a civil servant. When he was not ready to give up on his dream, he was inspired by his master, a connoisseur at the market. He trained at a kappo restaurant for five years, a Japanese restaurant in the Kansai region, and a restaurant specializing in wagyu beef. Now, as the owner-chef of Sakurachaya, he continues working hard, making full use of his connoisseurship of fresh fish and his connections.

As he worked part-time to learn about cooking, his passion for cuisine and ideal restaurant management grew stronger, so he entered the restaurant industry as a full-time employee. Mr. Minoura was born in 1985 in Gifu. Having been very interested in cuisine since he was a child, from the age of 16, he began walking the path of cooking. After honing his cooking skills for 6 years at a famous Japanese inn in Gifu, he served as head chef at a long-standing Japanese restaurant in Shimbashi called Ikkoku. He was born in 1973 in Kanagawa. He began his apprenticeship at a part-time job at a kappo restaurant and started training in Japanese cuisine. After returning to Tokyo, he honed his skills in the world of Kaiseki (tea-ceremony dishes) cuisine. In April 2020, he joined the Kagurazaka Oishinbo Main Branch. He is passionate about making the best theme of the ingredients that arrive directly from production sites every morning.
