Recommendation.
Grilled with salt. Deep fried and marinated with vegetables in hot sauce as nambanzuke. Minced and mixed with herbs and miso (soybean paste) as namerou. On top of ochazuke (bowl of rice with tea poured over). Aji goes well with liquor.
