Recommendation.
Raw: In Aio-cho, the birthplace of prawn cultivation, prawns are often eaten raw while “still dancing”. Their fresh, sweet flesh melts in your mouth. Grilled: Salted, grilled prawns are delicious. Sauteed: Prawns sauteed in butter can be eaten alone or in recipes. Miso and other soups: Prawns make tasty broth and can be eaten in the soup as well.Deep fry: Prawn tempura is a popular treat.
