Udon and soba noodles with the freshest seasonal ingredients.

Every day we head out to the Tsukiji fish market to inspect the catch. The rich flesh of the conger eel can be prepared in many ways, but we grill it read moresimply, with salt. The soft and tender flesh holds together well, allowing you to make the most of the exquisite flavor. Every year, when the new buckwheat is harvested, we vacuum pack it for storage to ensure maximum freshness. We do this to ensure that you always get the buckwheat at its freshest. Before tasting the soba buckwheat noodles, we recommend you get comfortable, grab a drink, and enjoy the best delicacies of the season with our seasonal appetizers. We always select our ingredients and arrange our dishes with the four seasons in mind. Our restaurant's first floor has table seating, while the second floor has both tables and private rooms for dining. There is abundant space between tables, so you won't have to worry about your privacy. Sampling a course dinner of our original soba (buckwheat noodles) in a relaxed eating environment is just one of our restaurant's appealing features. learn more from chef
