He pursues a Japanese x Western approach to cooking that further enhances the appeal of the ingredients. In addition, he has acquired a highly specialized "fugu chef's license." After working as a chef at a famous Japanese restaurant in Tachimachi, he has worked in Kokubuncho since opening his current restaurant in the fall of 2022.
