After returning to Japan, he showcased his skills at Italian government-certified restaurants. Eventually, he got a connection with his current restaurant, where he has been working since its founding in 2019. His meticulous and precise cooking captivates guests with exquisite flavors, and his collaborations with the sommelier for wine pairings have also received high praise.
