After working at [Kyo no Yakinikudokoro Hiro] Kiyamachi branch and Kyoto Ekimae branch, he is currently working as the manage at Kyoto Tower Sando branch, trying a new business style. With his motto to make people happy through food, he is making efforts to create a space where everyone can be happy.

Chef Tsunoda was born on July 7th, 1970 and is from Saitama prefecture. He is a graduate of Musashino Cooking College. He decided to become a chef because he liked cooking and because he started a part time job at a restaurant. He steadily gained experience, rising up to become the head chef at a Japanese restaurant in a resort hotel. Along the way, he became fascinated by the charm of soba noodles, studying them while still working as head chef before going independent. He opened Miyabi An in Hida Takayama.

Mr. Hoshiyama was born in July of 1981 and grew up in Osaka. He was captivated by professional chefs when he was a child in middle school, and those experiences of watching chefs work from behind the counter ended up leading him to where he is today. After his high school graduation he spent seven years training at Tsukiji Sushi-Sei and then another five years at Matsumoto in Kyoto’s Gion district. From there he ventured out on his own to open Sushi Hoshiyama in 2012. Then the very next year he earned a star from a well-known restaurant guide. Today you can find him at his highly regarded restaurant where he pushes forward each day with carefully selected handpicked ingredients.

He was born in 1981 in Ibaraki Prefecture. As a young boy Ogata had artistic inclinations, and his interest in "cute" cuisine led him to become a chef. After graduating from the Tokyo School of Culinary Arts, he studied the fundamentals at restaurants in the city. In 2007 he traveled to Italy. Hiroto Fujiwara was born in Osaka in 1969. The meat that he ate at the top-class yakiniku restaurant that his brother-in-law took him to was so much nicer than anything that he had tasted before, that he was deeply moved by it. The desire to open a yakiniku restaurant and spread this joy to even more people led him down the path towards becoming a chef. After graduating from high school, he trained for 14 years at Kainantei in Uehonmachi, Osaka. After that, he deepened his understanding of meat at many yakiniku restaurants, before opening Sumibi Yakiniku Tsurugyu.

Born in Okinawa in 1974, Iron Chef Rokusaburo Michiba inspired him to become a chef himself. He first started training in Okinawa, but he wanted to further improve his skills, so he turned to work at the famous upscale restaurant Kigawa Asai in the Kansai region. After working there for 13 years, he returned home to Okinawa and further polished his skills at pubs and French hotel restaurants. Gaining a deeper understanding of communication and ingredients, he opened Nagomi Ryori Morishima in his hometown of Shuri.
