Ever since it was established in 1953, this restaurant has become well-known for its mizutaki, and a lot of fine food has been crafted here. Their [Ji-dori Mizutaki (with Mizutaki Mince) (4,700 JPY plus tax)] is a masterpiece that has been on the menu for over 4 generations. It’s a dish with cloudy chicken soup, which brings out the flavor of the meat.
