An interesting point about this restaurant is that it serves produce from Kyushu, which is rare in Hokkaido. One of the popular dishes is [Nama Shin-saba-sashi] (mackerel sashimi) prepared from fresh mackerel caught off the coast of Nagasaki and shipped as is, which is also an unusual point, as mackerel is often pickled.
