12. SUSHI Mandai
The sushi rice is made with the finest Edo-style red vinegar, which has just the right amount of acidity to not inhibit the delicious taste of fresh fish. The restaurant also takes pride in making its very own shoyu (soy sauce), which has a mellow flavor and goes amazingly well with the sushi on offer. Since the sushi here are all made by the traditional Edo method and use only the finest of ingredients, there is nothing to complain about.
The menu also offers a wide variety of sake (Japanese alcohol), including some locally brewed sorts, to let the customers enjoy a supreme combination of finest sushi and ji-zake (Japanese local alcohol).
