In order to let customers enjoy a wide range of meat, a [Half Size] option is available for almost everything on the yakiniku menu. This yakiniku specialty restaurant offers affordable Japanese beef. They are very particular about the sauces used, with two types of [Momi Dare] available - one to marinate meat, and one to marinate innards. Handmade [Tsuke Dare] is also used as a dipping sauce for grilled meat. Their [Tsubo Galbi] (1,080 JPY) comes highly recommended. In this dish, the rare bottom flap cut is pickled in a pot and then eaten. This method makes it taste different from when it is grilled and then dipped into a sauce.
