 The owner/chef, having almost 45 years experience at a butcher shop, opened this restaurant to offer good meat to many customers at an affordable price. This veteran chef judges and purchases the whole cow of A5 grade Kuroge Wagyu, so that you can enjoy rare cuts such as [misuji (top blade muscle)]. The meat is prepared in "Itamae style" as the chef cut it at the counter in front of you. You will be highly satisfied with the delicious meat with only himalayan rock salt.
