Sample a variety of uni (sea urchin), both domestic and imported from famous locations around the world, which can naturally be eaten raw as sashimi. Alternately, you can try it in one of the many dishes offered on the uni-filled menu, such as the [Horse Sashimi with Raw Uni], a creation of the restaurant, and the visually extravagant [Premium Uni Rice (serves 2 people)] that is cooked with Nambu cast ironware. 2. Yaoya Café SHIBUYA (Shibuya)
This restaurant is a perfect fit for diners who want to eat healthily but also enjoy a drink or two. The selling point is that their dishes make use of organic produce supplied by contracted farms. Two popular dishes are the extravagant [Yaoya Café Brown Rice Sushi] - filled with seasonal vegetables, fish, and horse sashimi - and the [Seasonal Vegetable Salad and Meat Assortment] that features a large amount of meat and vegetables, which are meant to be eaten with a sauce made of organic plum vinegar. This restaurant specializes in Italian cuisine and is located close to Ueno Station. Popular choices are the Neapolitan pizza, true to the flavors of its home, and the large selection of wines.
