The chef of this bistro doesn’t serve your average, run-of-the-mill French cuisine. They only serve dishes that have been personally approved. The signature dish would have to be the [Salad Gourmand] (1,400 JPY for small, 1,800 JPY for medium). This salad is topped with home-smoked duck breast, pork tongue, chicken breast, gizzard confits stewed in oil, cured ham, salami, and bacon.
