The restaurant owner believes it is extremely important to think of what the guests want, even in the preparation stages. The Chef's Choice Course is served with seasonal ingredients that have been carefully judged every day at the markets. Guests can use their eyes and taste buds to savor these masterpieces, which carefully draw out the charm of the fresh ingredients.

This calming, mature refuge is perfect for entertaining that special someone. Japanese sake can be enjoyed with sushi that reflects true artisan skill. The restaurant usually has 12 to 15 varieties of this sake ordered from all over Japan. Hisaya-odori - Sushi Michi Sakurada
This restaurant uses copious amounts of carefully selected ingredients, including sushi rice made with select ingredients from three Tokai prefectures.

Sushi Michi Sakurada, located in a business district, takes the greatest care with its sushi rice. They carefully select their rice, water, salt, vinegar, and wasabi from three prefectures in the Tokai region. Their courses promise to start with masterpieces that feature freshly cooked rice and wasabi on seaweed that is two times thicker than average. For the toppings, carefully selected ingredients, such as large fresh sea urchins stocked by Toyosu market wholesalers and tuna from tuna brokers, are used.

Consult with the owner, who also serves as a sommelier, about alcohol that goes well with the food. For the wine, they have a lineup of 80 brand bottles from all over the world, as well as 10 varieties of glass wine. They usually have around 40 kinds of Japanese sake available. Guests are recommended to state their preferences and trust the restaurant to make a choice. The perfect place to use for special scenes such as anniversaries, entertaining, dates, and meals with family.
