The owner opened the Sushi Watanabe Sapporo branch near Susukino Station in his hometown of Hokkaido after training at a famous restaurant in Tokyo. Watanabe's Ezomae Sushi style is based on Edo-mae sushi using Hokkaido's representative ingredients, such as Botan Ebi (peony shrimp). The menu is limited to the omakase course. You can appreciate the delicacy of sushi that incorporates local seasonal flavors.

The relaxed counter seating, where you can watch the sushi chefs at work, is only available at either the 6:00 pm or 8:30 pm start time.
