Watanabe's Ezomae Sushi style is based on Edo-mae sushi using Hokkaido's representative ingredients, such as Botan Ebi (peony shrimp). The menu is limited to the omakase course. The relaxed counter seating, where you can watch the sushi chefs at work, is only available at either the 6:00 pm or 8:30 pm start time.
