This restaurant began as an inn during the end of the Meiji period (1868 - 1912). Due to its history, the rooms are all private rooms (much like an inn), so it offers a very relaxing environment. The tables are equipped with iron griddles, where diners themselves can cook [Okonomiyaki] and [Yakisoba] using traditional methods. The dough is an original blend of 4 different kinds of flour and Japanese dashi. This creates a delectable combination of a crispy outside and fluffy inside.
