This is the only restaurant in all of Japan where customers can enjoy [Gyu Waraji]. Traders managed to commercialize the [Gyu Waraji], a cut that only makes up 0.1% of a cow, after a long period of trial and error. When the new meat was commercialized, it was featured in television programs across the country. Even the dipping sauces are unique!
