4. Yakiniku Gurumans Ito
Yakiniku Gurumans Ito is famous for being the hardest Japanese BBQ restaurant in Sapporo to get a reservation! It has such a great reputation that not only has it been featured on television, but even chefs from other establishments can’t deny just how good it is. The menu changes depending on what finest Japanese beef, or freshest pork offal, is available at the time. Not only does the owner take special care with the selection of ingredients, but they also pay attention to the way that the meat is cut. An original butchering method is used at this restaurant. To come up with it, they did research on how to best bring out the flavor for each cut of meat! The top item on the menu has to be the [Lamp to Sagari no Moriawase]. This fantastic combination of lean meat and fat can only be achieved with quality Japanese beef, and it is a pure joy to eat.
