Exceptional freshness! Using Otaru Jidori and locally sourced branded chicken in a dedicated style.
Located just a minute's walk from Toyosui Susukino Station, Sato Charcoal Grilled Chicken is an authentic charcoal-grilled chicken specialty restaurant that focuses on the freshness of ingredients. They carefully skewer each piece of chicken, including the rare "Otaru Jidori" from Hokkaido and other branded chickens from the region, and grill them slowly over charcoal. Their motto is to source and serve chicken without freezing it, even once it's slaughtered, so be sure to make a reservation at least five days in advance when planning to visit Sapporo, Hokkaido.
With the desire for guests to enjoy their dishes in the best possible state, the restaurant primarily focuses on counter seats, offering grilled skewers directly to guests as soon as they are cooked. Through the large windows, guests can also enjoy the night view of Susukino. Private rooms accommodating up to four people are also available, catering to those who prioritize privacy. It's a sophisticated space suitable for savoring specialty grilled skewers, distinct from typical yakitori restaurants.
