2. Kishu Sankai Ryori GUAN Marunouchi Bldg. Marunouchi branch
Japanese restaurant [GUAN] in the Marunouchi Bldg. serves local ingredients and dishes from Kishu. As we are affiliated with [Ginpei] which is a renowned restaurant in Wakayama, we can stock renowned local ingredients directly from Wakayama, such as wild fresh seafood direct from Tatsugahama Fish Port, Kumano Beef, Inobuta (wild boar and domestic pig hybrid), Nanko Plum, and Kishu Binchotan Charcoal. Our Japanese dishes have a mild and delicate taste using these ingredients, bringing out their original tastes. The best recommendation is just-cooked [Ume Madai Meshi (rice mixed with red sea bream). Its savory taste penetrates into your heart and body. 3. Jiyugaoka Burger Aoyama branch
Our proud hamburgers stick to using patties made with 100% domestic beef, original buns without eggs and dairy ingredients. We also make efforts to use organic, domestic-made vegetables as much as possible. We are the third branch of [Jiyugaoka Burger], which opened along Gaien Nishi-dori Street in Aoyama, after being fully prepared. This classic bar nestled on the second floor of a building only 3 minutes by foot from Akasaka Station is now one of the most noteworthy bars in Tokyo. Its name was derived from WATERSHED, a winery the owner encountered while studying in Australia, which inspired him to enter the restaurant business. Original cocktails served in this urban, sophisticated environment reflect a new wind blowing in the bar industry. Mixed cocktails of seasonal fruit, vegetables, herbs and other ingredients are especially popular. Please also try our cocktails featuring rare Japanese whiskeys and sake.
