Akatsuki Taps Ginza attracts one's eyes with its refined exterior. It is the flagship branch of Akatsuki Brewery, which created the first organic beer in Japan (in Hachimantai, Iwate) that received Organic JAS Certification. They have a lineup of all varieties of Dragon Eye, and being able to drink draft is a joy that only a restaurant directly managed by a brewery can provide. Many foods here go well with the beer, including the Iron Pot Roast, superbly cooked with Tohoku brand meat. The lodge-style space features counter seats, table seats, and half private rooms.
