2. MONDIAL KAFFEE 328
The specialty coffee shop, MONDIAL KAFFEE 328, is run by the barista, Daisuke Tanaka, who was the winner of the Coffee Fest LATTE ART World Championship in Chicago in 2015. The cafe is popular for its various unique coffee blends, including the [MONDIAL Blend], which they roast and blend in-house with special beans. They use a Slayer espresso machine, which draws out the flavor of the coffee after steaming the beans with air pressure. Their baked goods are popular as well. The pastry chef, who is also a barista, is especially proud of the tarts. This is a must-visit cafe that impresses even the most cultivated coffee connoisseur.

The classy J'adore Shinsaibashi cafe-restaurant is busy and popular from lunchtime. The cafe was designed by Hiroyuki Matsunaka and his designing firm, Design Room 702. GRANKNOT coffee serves coffee with beans that have been specially selected, as well as roasted and brewed in a special way. The cafe’s decor makes great use of wood. 5. Yotsubashi Cafe
Yotsubashi Cafe serves its Chef's Special of [Torokeru Hamburger Steak] using top grade (A5 rank) Imari beef. There is seating for 31 people in the restaurant. It is spacious, and the big glass windows make it feel very open. The A5-rank luxurious ground beef is all processed by hand, so it is packed with flavor. The natural sweetness and tender texture of the juicy meat are addictive. In addition to the hamburger steak, their French baguette that's been thoroughly soaked in egg and milk before baking is highly recommended.
