On New Year's Day, 2024, a major earthquake struck the Hokuriku region, including Ishikawa Prefecture. There was a great deal of damage in various areas, and there is still a long road to recovery. One dish on the set menu that we would like to mention is the Grilled Seabass in Salted and Fermented Bonito Sauce. The dish is grilled with a homemade salted and fermented bonito sauce and served hot on a heated stone.

A restaurant specializing in steak where you can enjoy Omi beef alongside specialties from the owner-chef.
The restaurant is in a smart building facing Route 360. The restaurant's interior is spacious, and there is plenty of room between tables, allowing a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant serves each dish on the set menu individually instead of on platters, even for a dinner party of about 10 people. You will also be glad to know that the restaurant can adeptly accommodate requested dishes, even if they are not on the menu.
