Beef tongue & soba noodles Saeki is a unique style of restaurant where one can enjoy thickly sliced beef tongue along with handmade soba noodles to finish off the meal. The beef tongue is made with soft, aged meat that is incredibly delicious and is crisply cooked rare with charcoal fire. The soba noodles are made with buckwheat powder from Kumamoto. Other must-try menu items include the Kinun Pork Cuts Rice Bowl with soba soup and the Soba with Hakata Offal, a warm soba that takes hints from offal hotpot.

The restaurant interior is a relaxing, Japanese-style space with counters that are comfortable for solo guests and spacious tatami seating. The tatami seating can be used for up to 40 people and is excellent for banquets with large groups. They also have a lineup of Kyushu sake carefully selected by the restaurant head, and the exclusive drinks and seasonal Japanese sake, which sell out quickly, should definitely be checked out. They are open until 1 am at night, making this restaurant an excellent and thoroughly satisfying choice for late-night meals.

The interior has counter seats and tatami seating with sunken kotatsu tables, both of which let guests comfortably relax and enjoy their meals. Closing the partition creates a semi-private room-style space. A perfect restaurant for eating out with friends.
