The French restaurant Le Proust MIURA is in its own building, known only to those in the know. It is located in the villa area of west Atami. The cook here trained under a distinguished chef, and after going to France, he served as the head chef at THE HIRAMATSU HOTELS & RESORTS ATAMI, and here, guests can experience the French cuisine he weaves. Guests can immerse themselves in a feeling of true bliss with the lunch and dinner options, which skillfully incorporate mountain and sea ingredients.

The incredibly satisfying location lets guests gaze at Hatsushima floating on the sea, as well as the seasonal nature of Izu. The cuisine, which uses seafood stocked from Izu Port in east Izu as well as vegetables stocked from cooperating farms on the outskirts of Izu, goes incredibly well with the around 70 varieties of wine carefully chosen by the exclusively hired sommelier.
