Les Dés is an Italian restaurant that is located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is around a 10-minute walk from Omotesando and Nogizaka. The moisture level used when making the popular handmade pasta "tajarin" is extremely particular, using only egg yolk. This golden, fine pasta, with its soft and sticky textures, is a must-eat. It uses luxurious amounts of truffles unique to the season, making for a highly fragrant dish.

For the table seats, they guide two guests to tables with four seats, so they don't have to worry about the distance between them and nearby customers. In addition, they have private rooms that are perfect for having banquets with and entertaining up to 6 people, as well as counter seats where guests can enjoy time alone. The restaurant space, with simple decorations spread throughout, produces memorable moments for guests as they comfortably enjoy their meals.

FLATTORIA is a restaurant where guests can enjoy authentic cuisine in the interior, which brings Italy to mind. They order seasonal seafood and high-quality meat from all over and cook them to bring out their full deliciousness. Their Chicken Tenderloin Scaloppine, which features mildly cooked and juicy Daisen chicken, is one of their specialties. It is a masterpiece, with the irresistible, sophisticated scents of the plentiful summer truffles on top. It can be enjoyed with the butter sauce, which has the scent of truffles.

It is a reservation only, with 2 groups able to use it for lunch and 1 group able to use it for dinner. The chef makes cuisine and provides service only to the guests who visit the restaurant. Many elderly customers come to enjoy the food, as it was imagined as French cuisine that can be eaten with chopsticks. An orthodox French restaurant that guests will want to visit for anniversaries and celebrations.

Kagurazaka Italian is located a 1-minute walk from Ushigome-Kagurazaka Station. This restaurant was opened by Mr. Hiroaki Gamo, a chef who has showcased his skills at Italian restaurants in Tokyo. For the pasta, they use low-water pasta fresca from Asakusa Kaikarou and pasta hand-made by Mr. Gamo himself. Their popular Truffle Carbonara is an authentic Roman style that adds guanciale, salted pork cheek. The flavors, with their truffle scents, are quite deep, but the aftertaste is light.

The owner and chef, Hiroaki Gamo, describes himself as "crazy stupid for wine, to the point where other people get tired of it." He always has a lineup of 105 varieties of Italian wine and 15 varieties of glass wine that he can't stop loving. He greets guests with his highly original food and his most recommended wine, which goes well with it. This restaurant can be stylishly used as a regular wine bar or for dinner courses on special occasions.

Guests can be themselves and spend a comfortable time thanks to the rich menu that features everything from authentic French cuisine to casual items. The restaurant boasts roast chicken "Poulet Roti," which the chef encountered in France, and truffle omelets made in the Mont Saint-Michel style. The truffle flavors melt into the toppings of the omelet as well as the sauce, and the rich, delicious flavors spread in one's mouth.

This restaurant lets guests freely enjoy authentic French cuisine in a relaxing atmosphere that is like a rustic-style café. The inside space feels quite open, making it extremely comfortable. For the seats, they mainly have tables that can be used in a variety of situations, including dates, girls' nights out, welcome parties, farewell parties, and round 1.5 for weddings. They also have counters that are easy to use for solo customers.
