Following on from their successful Ginza branch, which had built up a great reputation among gourmet fans, Kato Gyuunikuten have opened another restaurant in Shibuya 2-Chome called "Kato Gyuunikuten Shibutsuu". The restaurant offers a variety of dishes that use delicate and delicious Yamagata beef, which only selected breeders are allowed to raise. As well as the popular [Sirloin Steak], you can enjoy a variety of rare red meat steaks, including [Chateaubriand]. The [Yamagata-gyu San-shu no Moriawase], which comes with the 3 recommended beef cuts of the day, is a must-try. Since it was originally a butcher shop, the restaurant really knows its stuff when it comes to meat, so be sure to try their delicious grilled steak! You won’t be disappointed.

Rogama Steak Renga takes the unique approach of cooking large pieces of meat, rather than individual portions, with all the meat prepared so that it is ready by 8:00 pm (Tuesday - Saturday). The restaurant’s specialty, the [Lump Grilled Wagyu Ichibo Steak], is the ultimate steak - cooked to perfection, and flavored with the gentle aroma of the firewood used to grill the meat.
