Tokori Shinjuku NOWA is a yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) restaurant that serves various cuts of Yamagata beef. Their quintessential dish is the [Yukhoe], which is something you can't easily eat in other restaurants, as it requires an authorization from the Health Ministry. Top quality (A4 or A5 ranked) meat tastes amazing with a nice, round egg yolk. With its indirect lighting, the brown-themed design is simple and modern. Plus, you can enjoy your yakiniku without being bothered by the food smell, since they use a smokeless grill. Other popular delicacies are the [Rib Maki, Rib Shin, Geta], whose moderately marbled meat has an amazing flavor and texture, and is the best you can get from rib parts. Also, with the [Gyu Moriawase], you get to enjoy several leftover parts, like a tender lean meat rump and a moderately marbled chuck eye roll.
