Hakodate GOTOKEN Sapporo le trois Branch is their Sapporo branch where you can taste the same flavors that the main restaurant has been serving up since it first opened, without having to travel too far.
The top recommendation is their [Beef Tongue Steak Marinated in Hakodate Wine]. They have chosen a mild type of red Hakodate wine (one of the best Hokkaido wines) in which to marinate the meat, which is then grilled to perfection.
