The all-you-can-eat special of 'Kumamoto Prefecture Wagyu Akaushi Beef Yaki' is now available at Harabeko.
Among the carefully selected Kuroge Wagyu from Kyushu, Kumamoto Wagyu Harabeko offers only the finest cuts of meat, A4 grade and above. Guests can enjoy all-you-can-eat servings of both "Gyu-Yaki," which involves grilling fatty beef, and "Gyu-Nabe," a delightful dish of beef cooked with vegetables in an iron pot. Both are highly recommended specialties.
The sauce used for eating meat is a blend of the best of Kyushu, based on Oita-Hita's Tamari soy sauce, with Okinawa's sea salt, Kagoshima's black sugar, Aso Takamori's miso, and vegetables and fruits from Kumamoto. The Yakiniku is cooked slowly at low temperatures using a smokeless roaster to preserve the natural flavors of the meat. The ideal accompaniment is freshly cooked white rice from a Hagama rice cooker. As this takes time to prepare, it is recommended to order early!
