4. Mother Esta (Naka-meguro)
This organic restaurant is located on the banks of the Meguro River (Meguro gawa). All ingredients are stocked on a daily basis from “Tsukiji Mikuriya”. “Tsukiji Mikuriya” cultivates fertilizer- and pesticide-free seasonal vegetables.
