The highly recommended [Shijimi Soup] - a heavenly dish of high-quality shijimi caught in Shimane’s Lake Shinjiko - allows you to appreciate both the flavor and mellow fragrance of the clams. The [Mushi Awabi no Kimo Sauce Gake] is another recommended dish. It is a rich dish consisting of a big black abalone and thick liver sauce served on top of uni (sea urchin) and rice.
