2. Winery Restaurant Zelkova
Zelkova is a restaurant attached to a long-established winery where you can enjoy French cuisine made with Yamanashi ingredients and rich wines. 3. Kisetsu Ryori Sakura
The chefs at Kisetsu Ryori Sakura meticulously slow-boil their own unique dipping sauce to create a delicacy they are pleased to offer. The eel that is offered with this uncommon delicacy is so soft that it practically melts on your tongue. Try the domestic beef instead. 4. Cueillet
Cueillet boasts picturesque views of Mount Fuji from the front of the restaurant and the Yatsugatake Mountains from the rear. This little restaurant is in a rural location, surrounded by vineyards, and it feels just like the French countryside. Cueillet's authentic French cuisine incorporates exquisite flavors because it is made with carefully selected local ingredients. They use vegetables procured from locally contracted farmers, Koshu Beef, Wine Beef, and Wine Pork produced by local livestock farmers, and seafood sourced directly from the fishing port.

7. Yakiniku Ichiro
The flavor of Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese black beef) is enhanced by this recipe. The beef is locally produced, but not in an area that has been given a special designation. Simply put, the restaurant always serves the best-tasting selection available. Kuroge Wagyu rib roast with a grade greater than A4 is used to make Otsuki Sirloin. 8. Sumibi Yakiniku Himawaritei
The restaurant's specialty is a rich, opulent piece of beef tongue. The tongue's thickness, brittleness, and spread-out fat inside the mouth could be too alluring. Additionally, they provide freshly harvested, premium black-haired Japanese beef that has been properly selected, and the kimchi, tare (sauce), and dressing are all handmade. They do their utmost to offer generous quantities for a reasonable price in an effort to delight their clients. Menus for courses start at a very affordable price - 2,000JPY!

9. Belle Pomme Jiro (Fujinomiya / French Cuisine)
This can be reached in 10 minutes from the North Exit of Fujinomiya Station. Within this super cute restaurant that's recognizable by the poinsettias out front, you can casually enjoy French cuisine. Everything you'll be served is house-made. You'll find authentic French delicacies like the [Eggs Cocotte Surprise] (1,620 JPY) and the [Escargots Grilled in the Shell a la Bourguignonne] (1,620 JPY). The chef's motto is to serve "warm food when it's warm and cold food when it's cold." The homey and cozy atmosphere of this lovely restaurant is undoubtedly a result of heartwarming words like that.

Easily accessible from both Fuji Station and Shin-Fuji Station, Il Ponte is a fancy restaurant that combines terrace seats with a wide indoor space where you can enjoy Western-style cuisine. The most recommended dish is the [Tsuke Napolitan del Ponte] (1,180 JPY) which is a new take on a local specialty of Fuji called "Tsuke Neapolitan."
