This area is filled with restaurants, hotels, and shops, so there’s no better place to experience food made with local Hokkaido ingredients!  This restaurant has a dark brown color scheme that creates a subdued, relaxing atmosphere. The Chinese cuisine offered here fully displays the bounties of Hokkaido, featuring local vegetables, meat, dairy products, flour, and wild game. For example, the dumpling skins of the [Xiaolongbao] are made with local wheat flour, while the filling is made with local pork, resulting in a deliciously juicy creation!
