Ryukyu no Ushi serves rare, high-grade cuts of Wagyu beef. If you find yourself not knowing what to order, we recommend the Dinner Set (from 2,900 JPY (plus tax)), where you can try a variety of Okinawan beef. In addition, this restaurant specializes in offering rare cuts of beef that you won’t find anywhere else, such as kainomi (bottom flap) and zabuton (chuck flap). Kainomi is an extremely soft cut of beef with plenty of fat and a flavor you won’t be able to get enough of. Zabuton is a rare cut of which only 3-4 kg exists in each cattle! It has a lot of marbled fat and a rich flavor that will have you hooked. Make sure to try their Okinawan brand-name meats!
