3. Gyutonbakei Hakata Main Branch (Nakasu-Kawabata)
Gyutonbakei is perfect for diners looking to enjoy fresh horumon (offal) and high-quality Kyushu meat at reasonable prices. 5. Yakiniku no Gyuta Honjin Yodobashi Hakata (Hakata)
This restaurant offers all-you-can-eat high-quality domestic beef, and is run directly by a meat wholesaler! The entrance to this spot, located in the restaurant area on the 4th floor of Yodobashi Camera, has quite the striking appearance. Since it is run by a meat wholesaler, not only is the meat of high-quality and fresh, but it is reasonably priced as well! There are 3 choices for the all-you-can-eat course, featuring 62, 80, or 104 kinds of meat, and what's more, the 80 and 104 variety course options also include all-you-can-eat domestic beef! 9. rikihanten (Tenjin)
[rikihanten] offers red meat that is both good for you as well as delicious. This restaurant is rare in its use of meat from the Japanese Polled, Japanese Brown, and Japanese Shorthorn breeds of cattle, whose total output amount to only 5% of all Wagyu. Since this meat is barely available on the market, their buyer meets and deals directly with the producers and vendors, purchasing only the rarest of cuts. Unlike with heavily marbled, highly tender cuts, the umami of these cuts is unlocked the longer you chew and enjoy the flavor of the meat itself.
