Goma Chuka Kikaiboshi is a Chinese restaurant in Kitahama with a bright atmosphere in its relaxed interior. Its concept is the fusion of Chinese cuisine with sesame made in Kikaijima Island in Kagoshima. They value traditional techniques while also scattering their cuisine with new ideas. The Kikaijima sesame is skillfully used as both a main and supporting ingredient and features surprising fragrances and flavors. The cuisine incorporating plenty of island ingredients is a large part of the appeal.
