Kaga Cuisine Bantei is located a 5-minute walk from Daishoji Station on the JR Hokuriku Main Line. This long-standing Japanese restaurant lets guests enjoy high-quality traditional food that uses rich Ishikawa ingredients. Their specialty is duck cuisine that uses wild duck, which is caught with traditional Kaga hunting methods. Options include duck skewers and the original Kamojibu hotpot. They also have several menu items that use fresh Kaga ingredients, including seasonal seafood, mountain greens, and vegetables, so guests can feel the changes of the seasons.

The relaxing Japanese-style interior is arranged with a space that can meet various needs, including counter seats that will bring joy to solo guests and sunken kotatsu-style tatami seating and table seats. The utensils that arrange the Kaga cuisine use Kutani ware and Yamanaka paints that originated in Kaga City.
