Yasai no Ohsama Hibiya Chanter Branch is on B2F of Hibiya Chanter, located a 3-minute walk from Hibiya Station. Here, guests can enjoy original cuisine that uses carefully selected vegetables and seasonal ingredients from all over Japan. The vegetables are delivered from the company's farm at the base of Mt. Fuji and are all very nutritious. This restaurant has a rich variety of delicious and nutritious menu items, including the Hamburg Set Meal with Onions Grown on the Ohsama Farm and the Whole Pumpkin Pudding.

The wood-based restaurant interior is decorated with plants, making it a healing space that feels completely like a forest. The slightly unusual name comes from the restaurant using “mottainai” ingredients that have not been purchased elsewhere despite being delicious, due to discrepancies in size, season, and appearance issues. Here, guests can eat numerous delicious foods created by the talented chef, including the Sashimi Assortment and Robatayaki BBQ.

The restaurant interior has a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, making it perfect for casually dropping by after a walk in the park or returning from work and treating oneself to a drink after a long day. At the comfortable counter are special seats where guests can view the carefully selected ingredients and the sight of the chefs cooking. Spend an enjoyable time with fresh fish and Japanese sake. They have a lineup of seasonal local sake for guests to enjoy, which is sold in glass, 180-cc, or bottles.

The thickness, secret seasoning, and grilling methods for the beef tongue are all faithfully recreated. The flavors of their beef tongue, which is carefully aged over low temperatures and quickly cooked with the strong fires of Binchotan charcoal, are truly addictive. It is the first branch of an Israeli homemade cuisine restaurant, with the main branch being located in Ebisu. Here, guests can encounter authentic flavors, including the falafel with its crispy outside and soft textures on the inside, and the plain hummus, which is a paste made from plumply cooked chickpea dip and tahini sauce.

The restaurant interior is based on blue colors that resemble the clear skies of Israel and has a home-like atmosphere that closes the distance between staff and guests. Guests can relax and enjoy the delicious flavors of homemade Israeli food.
